- Delivery of your order is subject to the availability of our inventory and the shipping method you select.

We will try not split your order into more than one shipment. If you need to receive one of your products sooner, we recommend that you place it in a separate order to avoid any possible delays.
Carriers usually deliver between 8 am and 5 pm local time. If you are not home to accept delivery, a delivery notification card will be left with further details and a pick up location. For your own security, please bring proper photo identification when you pick up your order.

For your convenience, we deliver anywhere in available via Canada Post. To make sure that orders being sent to PO boxes and rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address, highway number and/or an emeregency number with your order.
Methods of Delivery

To give you the best possible service, we use various Canada Post shipping methods depending on which best suits your needs. Please note that when the delivery team brings a package to your home, they may need a signature to finalize the delivery. The package must be accepted and signed for by someone at your delivery address.

- ALL returns must have your order number on the box AND on the RMA Form below to be included with your return. Additional shipping charges will be assessed on all exchange transactions.
- All Returns must be returned in their original wrappers.
- All returns must be post marked within 10 Days of your receipt of the order.
- Please note: if you item was a video, DVD, book or a custom order it is non-returnable. It may be covered under manufacturers warranty against defects.
- Ordering
- All orders will be fullfilled to the best of our abilities, and in the event of being unable to fill you order, Your order will be cancelled including any charges for the order and you will be contacted to discuss the details of your order. Reasons for the cancellation of your order may include shipping miscalculations, inventory shortcomings, or unreachable contact information.

Cross-Eyed Airbrushing accepts the following methods of payment:

Cross-Eyed Airbrushing charges Canadian Taxes on all local and International orders, however these orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once your package reaches your country. If you do incur these additional charges, you might be presented with an invoice for which you are responsible. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
- Viewing Orders
A Cross-Eyed Airbrushing receipt is emailed to you immediately upon checkout completion. You also have the ability to print an on-screen order summary and receipt. Order status is presently not available on-line. Please wait at least 1 business day after the specified delivery time you selected when ordering has lapsed. If you encounter a problem and need to check delivery status, please do not hesitate to contact us.
- Updating Account Information
You can update your account information at any time by clicking on "My Account" from the main menu. If you make changes, click on the "Save Info" button to save your changes. Note that the "My Account" link only shows after you log in as a member.
